Grandpa Wrathall's 80th Birthday Party

This October, my Grandfather celebrated his 80th birthday.  My mom put together a wonderful party to celebrate his wonderful life well lived, thus far.  I would assume he has many more great years to live.  We all love him very much and were super happy we could be there to share in the celebration.

I just snapped these pictures as we were waiting to go to the party.

Love these two!  They have become such little buddies since we got back from Australia.

 Love that cheeser!

 Goof balls!

We finally left and made it to the party.  Here's Sofie partin' it up on the floor with Vienna and Myla.

Sofie and Grandpa!  Love these pics!

The guest of honor, looking snazzy!
The three year olds having fun!

When did she turn into a teenager?
Hats on, now the party can start!

The best thing about my Grandpa Wrathall is that he is happy.  He has always been a genuinely happy guy no matter his life circumstances.  He is a great example of happiness as a choice and way of life rather than a destination.  :)
 Happy 80th, birthday boy!  :)
 The kids enjoying their cake.

 These two cuties!

My mom had my cousin, Holly, who is a professional photographer, come and take some pictures, so I took advantage.

Family photo!
 And individuals of the kids.

Lillian, age 7
 Ava, age 5
 William, age 3
 Sofia, 6 months
After the party was over, Will got some belated birthday gifts from Grandma and Grandpa Rappleye.

Will had fun opening them and loved them!  Thanks, Grandma and Grandpa!
Then we drove back to Logan.  When we got back I decided to see if I could get a picture of all four kids together out in our beautiful back yard....no success!  Unfortunately!

Someone always looks bad!  The odds are against me!  I think Ava was a little tired too!

Well, that's a wrap!  I love these kids of mine!
