So for some reason, we keep trying to get pictures of all of Cory's mom's grandkids all together. I guess we just don't realize what an impossible task that really is with 9 kids 8 years old and younger. However, we felt compelled once again to give it a go, since it was the last time that all the cousins would be together for a potentially long time! Oh dear, I just might cry right now! It is becoming more real to me as the day approaches closer that we are really leaving all of our wonderful family! We are going to miss all of them so much!
Ah! Enough of that (for now) on to the pictures of all of these very darling kiddos! They really are all such cute kids, even if you can't see it in these photos! Some are more photogenic than others! Haha!
I just snapped this one of my three and it is probably the best one of the three of them! I kept trying to get a good one of all three and it was really not working! I really love Lawson and Wyatt running in the background!
Here are all of the Rowe grandkids, Lawson, the oldest is holding Sawyer the youngest, then Lily, Wyatt, Auri, Ava, Will, McKinley and Izzy. Love Will's tongue in this one!
Do you see what I'm talking about though? Why in the world would we even think we would be successful at capturing this many kids in a decent looking photo??
Lily, Wyatt and Auri are my favorites in this one!! They look precious!
Some cute sister pics.
Attempting to get all three, and failing every time!
There, they are finally all looking and, of course, Will is crying by this point!
My sister-in-law, Shannon's cute kids. Izzy, Wyatt, Lawson and Auri. Don't you just love that fence they're standing in front of???
Another attempt at all three, would have been good except for the shadows!! No wonder people don't do photos at this time of day!!
All the big kids in a tree! I love this one, and I love these boys!! Such handsome little guys!!
My last attempt! Will kept sitting somewhere and playing happily with leaves and so I would try to get the girls to run over and just sit by him quick, but by the time that happened he would already be crying!
We tried to get some more of all the grandkids, but the kids were all pretty done by this point, we are missing a few in this photo!
I decided to jump in one, even though I hadn't done my hair or anything! There, there is a good one of all three! See, maybe we learned our lessons that you can't get a good picture of just kids, you have to have an adult in it!

Halloween Fun
So I'm not sure why, but around here, celebrations, holidays, and birthdays seem to take a whole week to celebrate. So here is some of the festivities, activities and fun we had celebrating Halloween for a whole week, or more!!!
Here are some fun pumpkin cookies we made.
Lily had a class Halloween party before she went off track. Here she is afterwards.
We went to our ward's Halloween festival.
Lily dressed up like a super hero and got a spider painted on her face
Ava was a butterfly and she got a butterfly painted on her face. She was a little out of it! I woke her up from a long nap to go!
Will was supposed to be a scarecrow but he wouldn't keep his hat on. He still looks pretty cute, just not dressed up! He kept trying to escape, I don't think he was a fan of the chaos!
We didn't stay long because I wasn't a fan of the chaos either, especially without a husband to keep track of my three children! Here we are leaving with some spoils.
Our next Halloween fun activity was going to Gardner Village to see the witches. We have done this for 5 years now!! It is such the fun tradtion! We were extra lucky this year because not only did we get to go with our cousins, Trevor and Sterling, but also Lawson, Wyatt, Izzy, and McKinley! It was a party! The kids had so much fun!
Here are Lily, Ava, Lawson, Izzy and Wyatt with the first witch we found on our scavenger hunt list.
The kids captivated by the witches making brew.
Lily, Ava and Will by the bike riding witch. Look at what a shorty Will is??
Will loved the witches, and he sure does look up to his older boy cousins. Its almost like he knows they are different than his sisters and that he is supposed to be like them!
Ava and Izzy standing on pumpkins.
I love this picture of Trevor holding Will. Isn't that Trevor such a cute kid??? We love him!
Once again, Will watching Wyatt closely trying to figure out what is cool.
These three little girls were so cute the whole day! They are just such best little buddies! I also love that I took a picture of this lady taking a picture of her daughter!
Here's more of the three muskateers (Ava, McKinley and Izzy).
Will found his way into the group, but not for long!
This picture is my favorite! What cuties!
We saw a lot more witches, here are just a few....
The hoola hooping witch.
Will was mesmerized by her.
The witch with a cat in her skirt.
The upside down witch. I guess we shouldn't have tried a photo looking into the sun! Haha! Look at all those little girls!!!
Here's all the girls again.
The boys decided to join the photo later.
After finding all the witches on the scavenger hunt list, all the kids sat down and enjoyed a cookie.
Will loved the pumpkins. Seriously, could this kid get any more cute???
After a busy day of witch hunting, the Halloween fun didn't end. The next day we went to a Halloween Carnival at Grandma Lidybug's church. I have some pictures of the kids in their costumes before the party, but once we got there I didn't take any unfortunately!! I wish I would have got pictures of all the kids trying to throw a sponge at their Uncle Brycen's face! It was the highlight of the party, that and the candy, of course!!
Here is a ninja (Wyatt), a super hero (Lily), and a butterfly (Ava).
Batman decided to join them, look at his little tongue!! Haha!
Here is Ava just a flapping her wings being the best butterfly ever!
Oh I love her!
Then we got a strawberry and a werewolf!
Is that not the cutest little strawberry you've ever seen?? And the scariest werewolf??
After that Halloween fun, it was finally time for the actual day! Geez, we sure know how to party! The weather on Halloween was the best! It was like upper 70s! I went trick-or-treating with the kids without a coat on!!! So we had a fun filled day all day long!!
We started with pumpkin carving. Here is everyone with their uncarved pumpkins, drawing the face they wanted.
Here's Ava's completed. This is Ava trying to make a scary jack-o-lantern face...
Pretty good, and here she is trying to make a nice, happy face.
Not bad, (I've definitely seen worse!) and here is Lily with her completed jack-o-lantern trying to make a scary face.
Yikes, way scary! And here Lily is trying to make a nice, happy face.
Not bad also, she has definitely done much worse! :) And here is Will with his pumpkin.
So I decided not to be boring this year and I tried to do something Halloweeny for me to wear, without having to wear a costume...(I saw this idea on pinterest) I think you're supposed to use a much bigger shirt. After, I was done cutting and put it on, I worried that the eye holes were inappropriately placed. So I spent the rest of the day readjusting them to be in a more appropriate spot. Anyways, Wyatt fashioned his pumpkin off of my shirt. I was honored! LOL!
After pumpkin carving, the weather was so nice that we just played outside all day until it was time for trick or treating!
We did some jumping.
Some digging.
Some sliding.
And some long boarding! Go Will!
At last, it was time to go to Angela's annual Halloween Party and eat some yummy food and go trick-or-treating. We went home to get ready and then my car wouldn't start when it was time to leave!
Where is a super hero when you need one??
This one was ditching me! Luckily, there was a hero that came and rescued us and it was my brother in law, Matt. He fixed my car and saved us! I'm so glad he was there to help! Thanks, Matt!
So after that brief delay in our plans we were off to Angela's. It is always fun to spend Halloween at Angela's. She puts on a great party and this year she even had Halloween crafts for the kids to do! She is the greatest! Thank you, Angela, for always hosting a great Halloween shin dig!
Here are the kids all dressed up and ready to go trick-or-treating.
And here is me and my kids.
The kids trick-or-treated for so long this year! They got tons of candy. We also hit the neighborhood Spook Ally. This year, Lily made it through the entire thing! She was so brave! Ava made it half way. Ava kept screaming, "get me out of here" so I thought I should listen and we jumped ship half way through before the chain saw guy!! Phew, I hate that guy anyways! So I was glad she wanted to get out of there! All and all it was a great Halloween Week!
Halloween night, Lawson and Wyatt came to sleep over, the sleep over pixie brought them a prize during the night. So I woke up to a house full of the Mario brothers.
Pretty funny prize, right? False mustaches! Hilarious!
