Provo City Center Temple

The girls had a few days off of school in February.  So I packed up the kids and drove all the way from Logan down to Provo and took them to the Provo City Center Temple open house.  It was a good experience and I'm glad I made the long journey down there to do it.

I absolutely love this new temple!  It has great history, a great story and an absolutely stunning design.  When I was at BYU as a student I attended a stake conference in the then Provo tabernacle.

Families are forever!

Will kept doing peace signs??  The funny kid. Not sure where he got that from.
We stopped at Krispy Kreme on our way back up North.  My kids had never been and they were stoked!

On our way back up to Logan, we stopped to pick up our cousins in Salt Lake for a few day sleep over party!  Their mom had just had a new baby and my brother, the new dad, just went out of town.  So I thought I would get the other 3 and give the new mom time with her new baby-alone!  Because that is the best!  So we loaded my car up to the max, which is actually my dream to do that on a daily basis, and we headed up to Logan.

We had a great time playing with cousins.  Here they all are playing spot it.

Making cookies or whipped cream for some reason?

These two are twins!
We took the older kids sledding at Cherry Peak.

Their sledding trail was wicked icy and fast!!  Those kids were all super brave.  We did have one injury and one scaredy cat, but other than that it was a fun night.

Grandma and grandpa came up to sled with us and stayed the night and took the cousins home in the morning.  It was a great time for all.
