Mother's Day

My kids never fail to make me feel special on Mother's Day.  They really do love me with a love so sweet that I don't deserve.  I truly do try my very hardest to be the best mother to these four beauties who have been entrusted to my care, but no matter what, I still fail.  Being a mother is the hardest thing I have ever done!  There are so many big emotions involved that I never even knew were possible to feel.  But there is nothing this world has to offer that is better than the role of wife and mother and I would choose this path every single time.  I love being a mother even when it stretches me to the very edge of my capacity to bear it because it is there and only there that I truly learn and grow in the way I should.  "God gave us family to help us become who He wants us to be.  This is how He shares His love.  For the family is of God". I am so grateful for a loving God who made a perfect plan for us to bring us true joy!

 Sadly, Cory was out of town over Mother's day.  But they girls made me a pretty good Mother's day tea Sunday morning.
