Ava's Birthday

Ava turned 6 this year!  I can't believe my babies are getting so old! Ava is a 100% yellow personality with the most tender heart that's full of love for all who come in contact with her.  If there is anyone in this world who has taught me the true meaning of unconditional love and true charity, it is Ava.  She purely loves.  Ava can be a little much for people sometimes, but it's only because she is bursting with personality. One day maybe she'll learn how to rein it in, but for now, I love my wild, spunky, sweet and loving six year old with all my heart!

We had a lot of fun making her cake this year.  She requested a castle. I let Lily and Ava decorate it.  It turned out great!

A lot of our family were gracious enough to make the 2 hour drive up from SLC to attend Ava's party.  Ava really appreciated it and so did I.  Thank you for being so willing and thoughtful!  Here are all the cuzzies, minus Myla.

 Opening presents.

Ava's fancy new bedside table.  So cute!  Thank you, Grandma!

The traditional piñata for Ava's birthday.

Everyone got a turn to really whack it.  Pinatas are built to last these days!

It did eventually break and Cory dumped the contents of it out off the balcony.  It did result in some injury to some children.  Turns out if a sucker hits you on the head from a reasonable height, it hurts!!  I'm just glad the injured child was ours and not one of the cousins.

 Cake time!

We had a lot of fun doing wagon rides and doctors checkups afterwards!  Everything is better with cousins!  We are so glad so many could make it.

I love my little birthday girl.

Grandma Rowe also gave there girls these awesome masks.   So fun!

We are very lucky to have Ava as part of our family. We love you, Ava!
