Perth: Shopping and Scarborough Beach

Saturday morning, Cory and I took more advantage of our babysitter and the fact that there was somewhere else to shop besides Kmart and Target.  We headed to my favorite outdoor mall in Perth, Harbortoun.  It was fun to shop around without children and enjoy lunch together.

After that we went back to the house for some rest.

Aww, how cute is this?

 Love  my boys!
After a nice rest, we headed down to Scarborough beach.  I bought Will some bathers while we were shopping, so we wouldn't end up being those people again.  :)

Gorgeous day for an evening dip.  And I couldn't have been more sad we didn't have a boogie board because the waves were sick! Is that word still cool to use?

The beach was littered with seashells.  Everyone was getting into collecting them.

Ava was so ready to surf the waves like she does in Esperance...but she wasn't prepared for these high intensity waves.  So she soon gave it up.

Sofie once again, not really a fan...yet!  We'll get her on board!

Even grandma got into the sea shell collecting spirit...and the wave jumping spirit.  Grandma left there with very wet pants, from the water that is!  Haha!  Couldn't help myself..

 Our amazing sea shell collection.

Will was very impressed with the parasailor...I don't think that is a word, nor do I think that is what he was doing...but it was something like that.  He had that huge parachute thing that he had to get up in the air, then he had to get up on his board.  I think he was a beginner.  It looked exhausting with little to no success.  He needed a crew.

 More and more seashells!
Will couldn't take his eyes off of the parasailor!
I, of course, wanted a picture of the whole fam...here are all our attempts.

 What a gorgeous beach, hey?

What an amazing success of a day!  So much fun!!!
