Baby Will’s adventures into solid foods

It is always a struggle for me to feed my baby’s solid foods before they can feed themselves.  I just have a hard time waiting patiently for them to want another bite.  And in Will’s case, I get so sick of them stealing my spoon for the tenth time so I just stop feeding them.  So we move on pretty quickly to finger foods!  So Will has been eating whole bananas since before he had teeth!  It’s amazing that he never chokes!  He does get really messy though!  I find it a little strange that I think it is easier to let him feed himself and make a mess of himself, the floor and the high chair and then strip him and bathe him 3-4 times a day and clean the floor also, than sit there patiently with a spoon!  Weird, right?

I wish I had some photos of some of his really messy masterpieces!  In all of these he is relatively clean!
