Here are some of our activities during this non-winter.
We love library visits. I loved this precious and actually quiet moment!
Will and Sofie have become best friends. They love bath time!
This cute smiler!!! I love how her head is perfectly placed to make these pictures a little more appropriate. :)
So Will refused to wear his Halloween costume, but three months later he finally decided it would be okay to wear his cool Buzz Lightyear costume.
As I was putting it on him, he said, Oh, I love wearing costumes!
This little girly has been growing heaps!
She is always pulling herself up and standing a lot.
She's also been walking a bit with this little walker. I just love Ava's face! She is impressed with Sof to say the least.
We had a "Great to be 8" night for all the kids turning 8 this year and getting baptized. It was so fun and these kids are so very amazing! I love serving in Primary! I have never felt so inspired and lead by the spirit in any other calling. Heavenly Father really loves and cares for each one of these children. So much so that He even is able to inspire someone like me.
That same night, the school had a STEM fair and so Lily and I ran over from the church to the school just in time to catch the tail end. Lily was super excited. This smarty pants just loves science and learning.
The next day we had no school...for some reason or another. It seems like there were heaps of days off and half days during January and February. Anyways, since there was no snow and above freezing we decided to have a picnic at the park and ride our bikes there.
Lily loves riding her roller blades around this little stage.
I love this cute little teddy bear.
When we weren't at the park the girls were outside in the yard all day building this fort.
They had so much fun and I love that they like playing outside together! It is heaven!
This little baby loves being on the couch!
So, I lost my keys in December. I thought they were gone forever. Two months later, I find them in my backyard! How crazy is that? The two times we've lost our keys in a major way, they've turned up in our backyard! Weird, right? I sure am happy to have found them.
We flew kites in February. Endless fun!
Cory was in South Africa for the first part of February. We missed him a lot. We took this picture after family night without him just to let him know we wished he was here with us.
I love finding surprise selfies on my phone! Cute face!
That wraps up some of our weird winter activities.
