Here is the view from my Aunt's roof!
Here is the view of her pool from her roof!
My cousin, Kiera, has two boys and her oldest boy, Dylan, loved playing with Will! It was so cute!
Will didn't mind at all, in fact, he was probably missing his big sisters anyway! Thanks, Dylan, for filling in!!
Here is Grandma, my Aunt Jeanie, and my mom just sitting around chatting after the delicious dinner.
Here is Kiera and her husband, Steve, aren't they a cute couple???
After dinner we decided to go for a swim! We had a lot of fun going down the slide and splashing around. After we were done swimming, Betty Ann brought out the "Death by Chocolate" dessert she had made! It was delicious! Will sure thought so also!!
He got it all over himself! Thus making him even more delicious!!! I decided to partake! I love this little boy!!
The next day was the wedding which is what we came for! It was such a beautiful ceremony and I couldn't be happier for my cousin, Laura! She looked beautiful and I was so glad I made the long drive to be there!!! Hugging her after the ceremony made all those hours in the car worth it! :) After the ceremony we all hung out around the temple to get pictures and it was so hot!!! I thought I was going to melt! It was like 100+ degrees and it had rained the day before so it was humid! Humid in Arizona! It was smothering!! I wish I had more pictures, but I just wasn't on top of taking pictures on the wedding day! But I would like to make a special little shout out thank you to my girls, Savannah and Fiora for watching Will during the ceremony and later that night when we went to dinner! He was not very good for them both times, so thank you!!!!!!
Here is a picture of Laura and myself during a little downtime after the wedding before the luncheon began. Can you tell that my face had just melted off at the temple??? I am glistening with sweat!
And here we are with her new husband, Justin. Such a handsome couple if I don't mind saying so myself!
We had a yummy lunch and the we headed back to Betty Ann's house where Grandma watched the BYU football game and the rest of us did more swimming. It was so much fun! Then we went to dinner and back over for the reception. It was so fun for me to be able to not only catch up with Laura but all of my Arizona relative, and, in fact, my Utah ones that I never see even though I live close!! I was glad I got that chance before I left the country and probably might not see them for a very long time!
Here is that cute Mr. Will on some of the decore. Love that smile! Laura had this vintage country theme going on that was so cute and so her! I loved all the decorations and cute little details!
The next morning we packed it up and left! I also have to give a shout out to our kind hosts! Lily and Jay Heiner they gave us beds to sleep on and such amazing breakfasts!!! The first day Lily made whole wheat crepes that were just amazing! The next day we were trying to sneak out early, but once again Lily had already gotten up and made breakfast burritos! Not only did she feed us well, but she was also such great company and it was fun chatting with her about her kids who I grew up with!! All and all it was a great trip! I am so glad I went, but I was also glad to get home to Cory and my girls! I really missed them!
While I was gone on Friday it was Clown Day in Lily's kindergarten class, here are some of the practice rounds...
Pretty scary, right?? They look more like the insane clown possee than circus clowns!!
I'm glad it was up to Cory to get her ready on the actual day!:)
Pretty scary alright!
