So we got a sled like this for Christmas, but a nameless uncle (Bradyn) stepped on it and broke it so Will became quite possessive of grandpa's blue sled that he has had for ages. I think I can remember the Christmas Scott got that thing! It certainly has lasted. Anyways, I felt bad about Will not sharing since I brought two extra grandkids, Lawson and Wyatt, anyways! But it seemed to all work out okay. At least, to me it seemed like everyone was having plenty of fun and there were enough sleds to go around.
That selfish little Will was a trooper though! He would ride down and trudge back up over and over again. He didn't ever want any help and he just kept going and going. I think he enjoyed it!
Here's the extras, Lawson and Wyatt. Thanks for adopting them for the day, Grandpa and more importantly, Uncle Neal. They had no problem joining in on the Neal harassment. So much fun for all...I hope by all that includes Neal! We love you, Neal!
I love these two little saucer sitters! Ava, at first, was too afraid to start at the top of the hill. Luckily, she got over that and sledded away to her hearts content. And when she wasn't sledding she was happily playing in the snow.
Cambry and Lily teamed up right from the start. And boy, did they make a great team. They just kept going up and down, up and down together over and over. Warms my heart!! As a side note, look at Sterling's take off in the background!
We finally had enough snow to build a snowman!! My kids have been dying to build an Olaf since we got back!
I love in these pictures how it looks like Will is just supervising this snowman making business.
Here's the huge snowball Trevor rolled.
I was sad that when we finally built a snowman we didn't have a carrot handy for a nose! But we did have cheerios and craisins in the car! Yahoo! They made a great snowman face!
The dream team!
We had such a fun time and would love to do it again!!!
