My Boy Turns 5!

Five years old!  Five.  My son is five.  He is one cool dude.  He has been making us laugh for years with his amazing personality.  He is adventurous and fun.  He's not afraid to try new things.  He is brave and kind and he is a favorite among many.  I love my one and only boy!

 We had a couple of Will's buddies over in the afternoon and Will was in heaven!!  It was so fun!  He loves his best buddies!

 It's always chaos around here on a birthday.

 Will finally got a manly scooter!  No more riding around on a princess one or a purple one.

Octobers

" I'm so glad I live in a world with Octobers" Anne of Green Gables.  I cannot agree with this statement more!  I love Octobers.

 We love hiking in the mountains in October.

 My kids just jumped out of the car and started charging up the mountain blazing their own trail!

This was a beautiful work of art created by a child who will remain nameless after a long day of general conference watching.  We were feeling the love.

Such a fun day off of school.  This was a super cool nature park we went to.  Cool historical plaques all around.  Educational and great exercise.  Then we went to this super cool park.

This park was awesome!

 I was just soaking everything about this day up!  The weather was phenomenal and all four of my kids were playing together.  I don't know how much longer that will happen so I was just enjoying it!

Look at this little angel!  Sadly, most oft she's a nightmare dressed like a daydream!

 We made some Halloween cookies.

 W had a birthday coming up and his great grandparents sent him one of his most favorite things-money!

 And he straight away went and bought a remote control monster truck.

 We had some cold weather set in early in the month and I thought these two looked so adorable all rugged up.

" Look, my corndog is maked (naked)."  Such a funny girl!

They did this moms and muffins morning at the girls school.  It was pretty fun.
